1) What does 1-2-1 & 2-2-1 mean?

A 1-2-1 means a one on one session with a coach. The coaches sole focus is to help you achieve your goals and targets. A 2-2-1 means a two player to one coach ratio; train with a sibling, friend or team mate.

2) Do you train beginners?

We specialise in training all abilities from beginners all the way through to professionals

3) What is the youngest age you take?

The youngest age we take is 4 years old (reception)

4) What are the benefits of a 1-2-1?

Individual development which cannot be replicated via group/team practices. A whole hour with a coach dedicated to developing you and solely you. Group sessions require the coach to divide his time between several players

5) Do you offer group sessions?

Yes we can cater for private groups created by the client (4 or more teammates & friends wishing to train together) or we have weekly group sessions running open to anyone
